4 октября Посол Российской Федерации в Египте Г.Е.Борисенко посетил Высшую военную академию Вооруженных Сил АРЕ имени Гамаля Абдель-Насера.

В ходе встреч с ее руководством и слушателями с обеих сторон говорилось о давних традициях дружбы между нашими странами и выражено стремление к дальнейшему укреплению сотрудничества, в том числе в сфере обороны. В атмосфере взаимопонимания обсуждалась текущая международная обстановка, на которой негативно отражаются притязания отдельных держав на глобальное доминирование. Отмечалось укрепление тенденции на построение многополярного мира, где роль одного из полюсов влияния будет принадлежать сообществу арабских государств.

On October 4, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Egypt G.E.Borisenko visited the Gamal Abdel-Nasser Higher Military Academy of the Armed Forces of Egypt. During the meetings with its leadership and listeners, both sides spoke about the long-standing traditions of friendship between our countries and expressed a desire to further strengthen cooperation, including in the field of defense.

In an atmosphere of mutual understanding, the current international situation was discussed, which negatively affects the claims of individual powers to global dominance. The strengthening of the trend towards building a multipolar world, where the role of one of the poles of influence will belong to the community of Arab States, was noted.
