Indications for Use: The device is intended for use on general care patients who are 18 years of age or older. At this moment it's a non-medical device, we are working towards it. Patients may be asymptomatic or suffer from transient symptoms such as hypertension, cardiovascular disease, ischemic attack, stroke, tachycardia, palpitations, shortness of breath, light-headedness, syncope, fatigue, or anxiety. All these events are related to the cardiovascular system. The derived data from the device are expected to be used for a patient's health improvement. A family member, a supervisor or a healthcare professional is eligible to receive information to provide care, diagnosis, or treatment. The device is not intended for use on critical care patients.

We have developed technology: it's a real-time, non-invasive, continuous blood pressure monitor. It combines ECG patch and PPG wristwatch.

Cargokit offers a compact, wireless, wearable remote monitoring system that constantly monitors and analyzes cardiac daily activities in order to promote a healthy lifestyle.

1-lead ECG-patch looks like a miniature device on a soft strap that is comfortable and adjustable to the body. It applies near the heart area for long and comfortable wearing. Heart rate patch registers vitals signs based on the ECG and has sensors for fall detection and body position.

And a PPG-watch similar to a basic smartwatch on the outside but is actually a medical monitor assistant complete with a proprietary optical PPG sensor.

How it functions.

Our technology is based on reflective photoplethysmography (PPG) and accurate ECG measurements. Together it can continuously monitor vitals like blood pressure, heart rate, HRV, stroke volume, and cardiac index. Wavelengths and our specialized algorithms would allow a full monitor of the blood pressure and the heart rate anytime, anywhere.

The core of Cargokit’s technology lies within our proprietary PWTT measurement. It’s a ΔT from the PPG sensor and ECG patch. A-PWTT is the time it takes the pulse wave to travel from the aorta to a peripheral artery. a-PWTT is directly related to blood pressure.

Since our device analyzes high-resolution ECG, in addition to Blood Pressure, we can determine the trace of ECG. It allows us to measure such a wide range of cardiac relevant parameters, including Atrial Fibrillation (Apple watch 5-series)
