Office Manager / BlaBlaCar

What you will directly contribute to

  • Managing all of the office organization, including admin, budget and office supplies
  • Administrative and organizational support for the team: taking care of payments, expenses reports, etc.
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings, trips and interviews
  • Welcoming new employees and visitors
  • Supporting with the logistics of organizing and planning events
  • Archiving and filing official documents


What you will need to be successful

  • From 2 to 6 years' relevant work experience
  • Full proficiency in Russian and fluent written and spoken English is a must
  • Ability to create and maintain friendly, welcoming and warmy atmosphere in the office
  • Excellent team-work attitude and ability to execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner
  • IT knowledge is a plus (for example, you can fix our Wi-Fi router)
  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience
  • Attention to details, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous improvements
  • Experienced use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Self-confident, uses good judgment and able to make sound decisions
