What do I need for ether?

• laptop or desktop computer with a web camera
• headphones on a cord with a microphone (not AirPods) or a buttonhole for good sound
• set up good lighting for high-quality images
• good Internet speed, preferably through a wire (or be near a wi-fi router and disconnect all devices from it as much as possible)
