The past few days has seen Seascape make a lot of profitable and reasonable moves and partnerships. The move to the Binance Smart Chain was a crucial one with Seascape seeking to leverage BSC's scalability and low fee structure whilst staying in touch with Ethereum. Furthermore, introducing the very juicy rewards system when you stake or join the BNB-pCWS liquidity pool is one that would leave users in high spirits.

MId to late 2020
A new and improved BlockLords 2.0 was released in July. Unlike the previous releases built on the NEO and TRON networks, this new BlockLords 2.0 version was built on Ethereum to allow efficient ability to scale. New features like increased game speed, faster transactions and greater gameplay/UI with much more depth to attract gamers from all over. Gameplay remained the same with the game all about picking a hero and leading the hero to battle it out for supremacy. To get this effective gameplay and upgrade, Seascale sealed a partnership with layer 2 network, LOOM, that uses Ethereum as its base layer. The Newer version was later made available on NEO and TRON.
Q1 2021
Seascape launched its official token CROWN. An ERC-20 token with the ticker, CWS that is transferable between users and also usable within the Seascape game network. With CROWNs, you can mint and trade standard Seascape NFTs, buy stuff on the Seascape store, join Seascape DeFi staking progress to yield massive rewards, easily generate player-created coins (PCC) that are backed by it, as well as join the validation process to help secure the seascape cane. Traders will also have access to coins for trading on various exchanges.
While still savouring and relishing the launch of Seascape utility token, CROWN, Seascape launched its DeFi system. With the DeFi frenzy and people moving from traditional financial systems to decentralized systems, Seascape is not getting left behind. With this launch, you have a purely decentralized gaming system with a DeFi core and an economy. Now that's massive.
Q2 2021
In the second quarter, Seascape would be looking at an integration with the Polkadot/Kusama system. In an AMA with Crypto Galaxy early December 2021, building on Polkadot was mentioned and the benefits highlighted. The final goal being to connect to the viaduct through Polkadot parachains, culminating in bringing Seascape to the outside world. We fully anticipate this move.
Q3 2021
Seascape would announce BlockLords 3D and new VR IP. This would be really massive as it would greatly improve user/gamer experience on the app. There would always be gravitation towards features that enhance gaming experience. Moving from 2D to 3D would be a great one to look out for.
Q4 2021
To round up what would be an already event-filled year, Seascape will be looking to end the year on a high by launching the Scape Game store...built with DeFi in mind. Based on substrate it would be a very user-friendly platform for games. Users would have the extra advantage of being able to serve as a PoS validator whilst acquiring monthly gamepasses. Game developers would also be able to build at no zero fees. We definitely can’t wait.
Q2 2022
Seascape would be looking to release the Seascape Software Development Kit (SDK) for mobile, console and PC gaming platforms. This would help facilitate the creation of games with minimal fuss. In addition, these games would have superior functionalities like push notifications and advertisements.
Q3/Q4 2022
In the later part of 2022, Seascape would be releasing its Multichain Hub to go public. All these in line with bringing gaming, DeFi and NFTs to the world.
