We only collect the data that Telegram provides to us through its API in accordance with its privacy policy and only the data that we need for the effective functioning of our service.
Payments are processed through Telegram's built-in services, so we do not have access to your personal data and payment details used for the transactions.
Data sharing with third parties
We do not sell, transfer or disclose your personal data to third parties.
Service operation
Ensuring service reliability and troubleshooting
We do our best to minimize any inconvenience for our users, but we cannot completely eliminate the possibility of disruptions and guarantee uninterrupted service operation.
In case of any issues, we strive to resolve them promptly and inform our users about the current situation.
Despite all our efforts to ensure stable and reliable operation, technical issues may arise, which may temporarily limit access to our service or its functionality.
In the event of prolonged technical disruptions and bot malfunctions, we will automatically extend the subscription period for the time during which the service was unavailable.
Changes in service operation and functionality
We reserve the right to make changes to the operation and functionality of our service at our discretion. This may include adding new features, modifying existing ones, temporarily suspending or completely discontinuing certain functionalities. Such changes may be aimed at improving service quality and meeting the needs of our users, as well as responding to existing circumstances. We will try to inform you in advance about upcoming important changes, however, in some cases, notifications may be made after the changes have been implemented.
Refund policy
Importance of reviewing documentation and trial period
Before subscribing, carefully review this and other documentation. Use the trial period to fully understand the bot’s functionality and capabilities and then make an informed decision about purchasing a subscription.
At the time of writing this document, Telegram does not provide an API for partial refunds, only full refunds are possible. Considering this and other circumstances, we allow refunds only for the last subscription and it constitutes 100% under the following conditions:
- The service operation has been permanently suspended.
- We have officially announced the permanent suspension of the service through communication channels with our subscribers.
- Less than 10 days have passed from the last subscription until the bot ceased its operation.
- The bot is not blocked and can continue to interact with users and use the Telegram API for refunds.
In this case, we will provide detailed instructions on how to get a refund and ensure an automated refund process through the bot command.
Does this mean that subscribing puts you at high risk and our service could cease operations at any moment? By our own initiative, we do not intend to subject our users to such risk! If we decide to cease the operation of the service for personal reasons, we will consider our users’ subscriptions and ensure a smooth suspension process so that no subscription is less than 50% utilized, or we will automatically refund the money. However, the service may cease its operation due to blocking or requirements from Telegram or any other third party. In this case, we will not be able to ensure a smooth, phased, and painless termination of the service for our users.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for any damage or losses incurred by users as a result of using our service. All information and alerts provided by our bot are intended for informational purposes only and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the data. Users are required to conduct their own additional analysis and make decisions based on their strategies and risk management. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service operation and are not liable for any consequences related to the temporary unavailability or malfunction of the bot.
Access restriction to the service
We reserve the right to restrict a user's access to our service in the following cases: violation of the terms of use, attempts of unauthorized access or interference with the service's operation, as well as any actions that may harm our service or other users.
