- Manage a team of 10+ system administrators (24/7 on-call shifts);
- Monitor and improve SLA and other metrics (conduct regular analysis and propose improvements);
- Oversee monitoring and maintenance of Production and test environments;
- Identify, plan, and resolve team risks/issues;
- Assign development tasks, collaborate with business and technical teams;
- Manage scheduling, workload, and bonus calculations;
- Facilitate communication with cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting high-load applications;
- Experience with Linux-based systems (3+ years);
- Accountability for results — understanding the problem being solved rather than just following instructions;
- Team management skills for technical specialists (hiring, onboarding, development);
- Desire to optimize and improve processes;
- Ability to understand the company’s broader goals and focus on outcomes.
- Experience in building efficiency metrics and designing reporting systems;
- Experience with Python and C++.
