Subregion Manager: Digital Business Development Team в Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Objectives & Responsibilities

The main objective for the Digital Business Development team is to drive innovative programs to increase sales for HP on retailers’ and resellers’ ecommerce websites, following the customer journey from searching to shopping and buying.

The job scope includes working closely with country and market sales, category and marketing teams to develop and execute aligned digital go-to-market plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute prioritized plans for top countries and top retail/commercial ecommerce partners, using deep ecommerce expertise to assess current state and highlight areas for improvement in the digital shelf (SEM, SEO) and Product Detail Page Content that will increase traffic and sales conversion. Increase partner data sharing via tools like Google Analytics for use in advanced analytics to optimize GM. Build team proficiency in using this data to drive actionable insights. Drive results from Amplify and Commercial partner online Customer Experience (CX) Compensation Plans in these geographic markets. Team will use partner CX comp plan as a tool to accelerate improvements in key focus areas by engaging directly with top partners as well as training local teams. Implement Marketplace strategies within top marketplaces in these markets as defined by the Marketplace COE.


  • Team player that is detail-oriented with excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proven ability to influence and execute plans with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment, including sales, category, marketing.
  • Outstanding business planning skills. Able to go from strategic thinking to detailed execution while always meeting deadlines across multiple projects at once.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to communicate at all levels in HP and channel partner organizations, from individual contributor through senior executives.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Savvy digital professional with minimum 5 years of experience driving results across e-commerce and digital strategies.
  • University or bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or Information Technology; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Typically, 12+ years of progressive professional experience with a combination of e-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Sales, and Business Planning across complex multi-country regions.
  • Preferred experience and engagement across multiple ISE countries and cultures.
  • Knowledge of some of the following HP products and categories nice to have: Printing category (Printers, Ink / Toner), Laptops and PCs.
  • Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, executive level presentation).
  • Mastery in English is a must. Additional Eastern European languages or Turkish or Arabic would be a bonus.
