Specific Responsibilities/ Tasks:

  • Lead day to day relationship with the media agencies and advertising providers and recommend integrated media strategies across multiple platforms including TV, Digital, E-commerce & Sponsorships;
  • Identify, recommend and secure the best placement opportunities for long form content on the most relevant networks and platforms to maximize effectiveness
  • Lead strong partnerships with the local Brand teams, providing media advertising expertise and creative recommendations on maximising brand performance
  • Lead analytics framework and process with agencies. This will include driving the Brand relevance studies and econometric modelling studies in order to recommend real time optimizations and report back to business
  • Partner with Global and European teams to ensure toolkit meets local needs as well as lead local agencies on approved market specific creative to drive brand performance
  • Serve as the in-house expert to local Teams, educating on Media platforms, tools and program performance

Qualifications Required:

Degree level education (or equivalent) in Marketing, Media or IT

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience working on planning and executing media campaigns (3-6 years)
  • Knowledge of:digital and social ad units and operations
  • media planning and research tools
  • current trends and innovation in media, tracking, analytics and research
  • Thorough understanding of the media planning & buying process
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, ambiguous media environment
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to relate results to business objectives
  • Balanced ability to perform analytically and creatively
  • Experience of writing and delivering effective presentations, including to Senior Managers and Retail customers
  • Managing 3rd parties, Agencies, Licensors etc
  • Project management experience
  • English – (spoken and written) upper intermediate level and higher;
