The key functions of the role:

  • Optimize websites, shopping carts, products, account management portals, using customer insights/data/feedback
  • Identify opportunities for AB tests and manage them (prioritize, negotiate target dates and regions, control setup quality and track testing KPIs)
  • Manage the roadmap of the key activities (content update, on-site promo, price etc) in web and product, track performance
  • Promote best practices and share results with all regional offices to maximize performance Globally 

Key deliveries of the role:

  • Increase conversion rates
  • Increase retention rates, revenue per customer & LTV


  • 2-3 years proven experience working in ecommerce, digital sales, web optimization or customer retention
  • Experience web-analytics and campaign reporting tools (such as Adobe Analytics)
  • Proficient understanding of web and sales tracking
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent multi-tasking and project management skills with a high focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Proactive in seeking out new opportunities for digital optimization
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written
