Job Description


  • Provide high level project management support such as project plan maintenance, status reporting, task status follow up
  • Planning and allocation of project resources
  • Preparing of consolidated reporting on project activities for practice
  • Internal audit of project budgets
  • Providing methodological assistance and organizing the process of participation in tender procedures
  • Communication and reporting about practice key indicators to higher management – CEE & Europe level
  • Track and report on programme deliverables
  • Ensuring that all dependencies are captured and actively managed
  • Documenting the required dependency agreements and agree reporting processes between each project (attending relevant meetings as required)
  • Defining, communicating and maintaining the consistent set of programme, workstream and project management standards, guidance and templates to be applied as the programme rolls out.
  • The provision of the administrative and data analysis support necessary to deliver high-quality management information to the papers, reports and dashboards reviewed at a variety of governance forums.
  • The adoption, configuration and support of the tools the programme will utilise to support all of the above.
  • PM office responsibilities allocation and management – 4 administrators


  • Higher education
  • Previous experience of senior PMO roles or Team leaders in senior sales support roles
  • Excellent project planning skills and experience of using project management and planning tools such as MS-Project
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite, in particular strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to integrate well into a team and build relationships well with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to work
  • Previous experience of working in a regulatory driven change environment
  • Previous experience of working in an IT enabled change environment
  • Upper- Intermediate level (or above) of English language is a must

Required Technical and Professional Expertise


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have 5+ years working in the position of business analyst either within the bank or for a software vendor working in the banking industry
  • Knowledge of retail or corporate business banking processes and products (experience in credit process prefers)
  • Familiarity with the current banking legislature, especially dealing with internet/electronic banking
  • Knowledge of requirements management process, business process engineering, use case specification
  • excellent experience in modeling tools (Visio, Aris…)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • English: not lower than Intermediate
  • Russian: as Native

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Master's Degree
  • Experience as a system analyst
