Digital Marketing Lead duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing Strategies
  • Strategically realign business marketing resources
  • Develop and implement full-cycle digital campaigns for focus TA with strong focus on social media
  • Web analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika, Adobe Analytics),
  • Traffic management (paid search, SEO)
  • Website Development & Management (Web & Mobile optimized)
  • Hands-on on Multi Chanel Marketing
  • Coaching brand teams on digital marketing (media planning, social media listening, online video, paid search, SEO, programmatic advertising, social)
  • External partners management (creative agencies, media agencies, web development agencies, advertising partners).
  • Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
  • Measure ROI and KPIs
  • Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
  • Anticipate / Project sales performance trends
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement

Requirements:

  • Min 5 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategiest
  • In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channelst
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Min 5 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Basic knowledge of web design procedures
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player / Cross functional
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Masters in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
