- Manage planning of digital activities in line with overall marketing strategy to facilitate progress in reach expansion by ensuring that innovative and most effective Digital marketing tools and techniques are used.
- Develop and implement consistent digital acquisition strategy for Brand portfolio leveraging available communication channels.
- Ensure consumer database inflow by building and deploying innovative approaches through offline and online name generation channels
- Scout innovative technologies applicable to digital marketing and investigate their utilization feasibility in order to expand reach and effectiveness
- Build unbranded content-based platforms to attract relevant traffic and ensure continuity
- Develop referral mechanics to support consumer database inflow and expand reach · Identify and propose solutions for adaptation of planned brand programs in accordance with fast changing environment and 360 LAS experience.
- Manage the execution of chosen strategy and digital campaigns through aligning and coordinating different functions, both internal (brand group teams, Legal, Research, IS departments) and external (agencies and vendors).
- Maximize consumer digital engagement by executing targeted campaigns
- Guide brand marketing to integrate digital marketing assets into overall brand plans and commercial implementation strategies.
- Guide the development of branded web assets to ensure brand positioning relevancy and maximize consumer engagement and deliver consumer value
- Define KPIs, measurement approaches to ensure marketing objectives are met
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to ensure regular data audits to define most effective means of communication constantly increasing number of consumers engaged, and suggest improvements
- Conduct analysis of communication and share obtained knowledge with brand groups and company partners to ensure digital programs leverage most feasible and practical experience.
- Explore cross border, cross industry best practices in digital marketing, and communicate them to the brand teams.
Person we are looking for should have:
- Higher Degree (Financial/Mathematical/Marketing)
- At least 2 year experience in Brand Marketing, CRM, Digital communications, Direct marketing
- Digital Communication division at a large Company or Agency
- Portfolio of successfully implemented projects dealing with consumer marketing in digital ecosystem
- Advanced knowledge of CRM practices, key principles of consumers treatment
- Advanced knowledge of lead generation, acquisition and conversion practices
- Profound experience with content marketing and web assets development
- Successful track record of content based platforms’ deployment
- Strategic thinking and ability to investigate the status-quo to sustainable improvement strategies
- Deep expertise of digital marketing, digital communication and web engagement
- Proven track record in numerous third parties management (including CRM, technical & creative agencies)
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team of professionals
