• Supporting the roll out, maintenance and implementation of TBS Russia Finance Solutions transformation roadmap
• Support local continuous improvement and robotics via scaling of global TBS solutions and leveraging data & digital
• Prepare and update process documentation and Risk Control Matrix
• Perform monthly control and risk self-assessment for in-scope processes

Required qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, reporting, internal controls
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of business processes and accounting standards
• Experience with key financial systems
• Understanding of internal controls and US SOX compliance
