E-commerce Manager в PepsiCo

  • Act as the driver and project leader in development and implementation of Company’s e-commerce strategy for D2C and concierge ecom subchannels for SPO1
  • Manage Rapid Delivery and Concierge customers
  • Create subchannel strategy to develop D2C and Concierge customers
  • Fix ecom basics for customers based on the guidelines
  • Conduct negotiations with customers to ensure best proposition for PEP is agreed. Align customer turnover, ecom objectives and plan to achieve the targets
  • Analise and share best practice with sales, marketing and ESSA teams
  • Ensure that the e-commerce strategy is consistent with the other sales and marketing activities. Define key players. Execute on-line promo and sales activation plan.
  • Analyze and interpret e-commerce trends to identify and recommend opportunities for each customer development and support
  • Own the online/digital customer relationships with key retailers to become a trusted advisor, creating strategic partnerships which have long term aspirations to be strategic alliances with retailers
  • Supporting sales team with creating Joint Business Plans with Customers
  • Work closely with sales teams on strategic/growth levers for the eCom
  • Creating and monthly updating promo library ( before and post promo analysis, ROI, etc.)
  • Lead and deliver eCommerce Test & Learn initiatives against joint priorities to drive future growth in in the market
  • Branded presence in eshop enhance. Leads quality of product description in eshops, categorization, search visibility, shop-in-shop, control and evaluate the work of customer content teams . Ensures strategic effective partnership with customers on day-to-day basis. Develop key on-line customer JBPs

Qualifications/Requirements

  • eCom experience 1-3 years
  • Proven experience and a track record of exceptional Sales, Performance Marketing performance within a B2C or B2B environment (preferably retail or ecommerce)
  • Proven expertise in digital strategies execution
  • Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships internally and externally
  • Proactive approach - drive online sales and customer engagement whilst taking others with you.
  • Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities
  • Strong track record of over delivery against commercial targets
  • Inspire others – ability to engage broad range of stakeholders both through compilation of compelling and persuasive presentations and ability to deliver.
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial focus
  • Upper Intermediate level of English as minimum level of knowledge
