  • Plan and execute all digital (web, SEO/SEM, APPs, display) projects for RX products:
  • Websites of educational programs
  • Digital promotion
  • Applications
  • Online projects for HCPs
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs, ROI)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance on the digital project
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize digital plans within A&P budget
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Manage internal clients expectations with regular reporting and explanation of requirements of analysis, specification, design of projects on a technical and nontechnical basis
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Analyze feedback from the client, senior team members, contractors, account and sales teams and other key stakeholders
  • Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet
  • Generate monthly reports on digital campaign’s performance in collaboration with agencies
  • Collaborate with advertising and media agencies
  • Collaborate with Global Digital stakeholders and support global initiatives
  • Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B and usability testing for digital assets

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing not less than 5 years
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing full-cycle digital projects
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience in web production projects
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, Yandex Metrica)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Adriver, Weborama)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Upper Intermediate and higher English level
