Senior e-Commerce Key Account Manager в GlaxoSmithKline

Main Tasks:

  • Build strong relationship with Key Accounts such as Apteka.ru, Zdravcity.ru, eApteka, ect.
  • Lead a trade terms negotiations process, determinate trading conditions and promo investments.
  • Promo plan creation, realization and analysis using performance metrics: ROI, CPO, OR, Impressions, CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.
  • Digital Shelf execution, Online merchandising KPIs management: Search, Content, Product titles and description, Rating & Review, product availability.
  • Close Cross-functional collaboration with Brands and Digital for promo campaigns, product and content creation.
  • Sales forecasting, monitoring sales results and reporting. Sustainable account support (shipments, stock availability, docflow, ect)

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Excellent negotiation, communications and presentation skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales with responsibility for customer relationships including trade terms negotiations, assortment, promo selling, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-Commerce (e-Commerce KAM, Trade marketing) or e-Commerce company.
  • leadership and people management skills
  • FMCG, Pharm or Digital companies background will be an advantage
  • Superior analytical skills and experience applying data to make decisions
  • Confident PC user experience (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Upper-intermediate English
