Sr. Client Consultant (Consumer Insights) в Nielsen

The main goal is to drive Nielsen CI&Shopper business and to deliver shopper projects to the clients through customized ad-hoc projects




  • Developing new sales leads through understanding client business issues and proposing relevant shopper projects
  1. Communication with Client on their requests and needs in CI&Shopper studies
  2. Develop study design according to Client questions and writing proposals for projects
  3. Develop client relationships & generate new revenue with existing and new Clients


  • Managing relationships with the Clients: translating the business issue of the client into syndicated proposals and managing the process till delivery of results with different stakeholders in the organization.
  1. Communication with Clients on the constant base
  2. Communication with Nielsen departments (field & data processing) to provide timely results delivery of high quality
  3. Development and approval of research materials with Client (timing, questionnaire, quotas, report format, etc.)
  4. Project administration: legal documents, manage project schedule and timely delivery to Client
  5. Prepare standard and upon-request analytical reports
  6. Presentation of the study results personally or via phone


  • Understanding of research business specific: how the research project looks like; main stages of the project
  • Shopper research business understanding is a plus
  • Experience of translating the business issue into proposals & study designs
  • Client accounting experience
  • Independent project management

  • Ability to work on several projects at the same time and stress resistance
  • Team player
  • Fluent English in written and oral and literate Russian in written and oral
