Job Description

1. Manage marketing requests, prioritize projects within the marketing team, and collaborate with design, content, traffic, brand, SMM, and operations in assigning appropriate resources to projects

2. Manage end-to-end projects for cross functional marketing campaigns and projects

3. Provide overall structure for integrated marketing campaigns

4. Work with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless connection to all involved internal teams

5. Develop and update project plans/workback schedules for multiple projects, and execute on milestones and deliverables

6. Identify risks, create contingency plans, and provide creative solutions

7. Work with teams and individuals to mitigate conflicts and resolve issues as they appear

8. Track and communicate progress to team, agencies and partners

9. Create agendas, facilitate meeting content, and lead project meetings and kick-offs

Job requirements

1. 1-3 years of project management experience

2. 3-5 years of Marketing experience, experience in digital marketing is strongly preferred

3. Excellent organizational and planning skills with attention to detail

4. Experience in creating project plans

5. Amazing interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

6. Excellent expectation management skills

7. Proactive problem solver

8. Self-driven, responsible, flexible team player and able to take ownership on projects

9. Graceful under pressure

10. Strong verbal and written communication skills

11. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to situations or priorities

12. Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing

13. Fluent Russian and good English language skills
