Senior Knowledge Analyst - Financial Institutions в BCG


  • Scoping knowledge needs of consulting teams and communicating with the knowledge team or data and research services to address them. Leading communication and managing the workflow to ensure consulting or client team satisfaction
  • Reviewing and assessing the relevance of documents in the existing topic-/sector-related knowledge base and providing customized knowledge for client work
  • Occasionally topic-based enrollment in client case teams and providing direct client-facing expertise
  • Acting as a thought partner, establishing credibility with consulting teams, and providing problem solving and topic insights
  • Creating and delivering original and rigor analysis and insights based on in- and external data
  • Capturing, codifying and maintaining knowledge content
  • Owning project modules on the topic of core expertise on a selective and as-needed basis for both client projects and internal intellectual capital work

Work with topic/sector teams

  • Collaborating with these teams and developing new knowledge in the topic by participating in intellectual capital and knowledge infrastructure projects, developing, owning, and maintaining databases, carrying out benchmarking surveys, etc.
  • Contributing, controlling quality, and managing updates to the existing topic/sector knowledge base
  • Developing content for go-to-market materials
  • Promoting innovation at BCG by identifying knowledge capturing opportunities
  • Contributing to building topics sector/teams and suggesting emerging topics/sectors based on client demand


  • Advanced degree with demonstrated high academic achievement, preferably in business administration, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering or other related fields
  • At least 1 years of relevant industry or consulting experience for Knowledge Analyst and 4 or more for Senior Knowledge Analyst
  • General benchmarking experience or experience in assessing the financial and operational performance of banks through a benchmarking program would be an asset

  • Digital experience is an asset

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all levels of seniority and with clients
  • Very good work ethic and service mentality
  • Very good verbal and written communication in English and Russian
