Every day, you will:

  • Drive regional marketing campaigns, from concept to analysis of results
  • Run programs with project management tools, engage cross-functional teams to collaborate
  • Ensure close relationship with the Russian Sales teams (Large Customer & Mid-Market Segment), engaging them in the marketing efforts. Work closely with Corporate and Product Marketing teams to extend marketing programs across channels
  • Leverage a strong business sense to lead marketing mix: demand generation, account based marketing, thought leadership content, events, online advertising, e-mail and direct mail, case studies and competitive research
  • Manage end-to-end owned events and tradeshows mainly targeting prospects, arranging all the aspects, from design to logistics, monitoring results and nurturing the new leads captured
  • Own the planning and execution of hosted executive events for the region
  • Work in sync with Sales to build effective and measurable prospecting programs and supporting social selling, providing sales enablement integrated strategies tools
  • Manage collateral localization and translation
  • Track full funnel marketing metrics and provide recommendations on program and campaign investments to ensure a quantitative and measurable impact on Russian business goals
  • Manage segmentation lists and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects and existing customers
  • Own a culture of business impact and quantitative results. Partner with the sales and operations teams to better integrate marketing efforts with Criteo’s CRM platform and track effectiveness
  • Play a key role in implementing sustainable processes to drive more operational efficiency

What do we NEED?

  • Master’s degree or equivalent, 3 years+ of experience in B2B Marketing
  • A passion for event marketing. C-level event experience a plus
  • B2B field marketing experience managing demand generation, account based marketing, upsell and retention initiatives
  • Experience in using marketing tools like Pardot, Salesforce, Wrike and Splash are a plus.
  • You know how to manage content, localization and reviews
  • True Modern Marketer with experience leading on and off line programs. Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong project management experience and skills. Able to prioritise and deliver under resource constraint
  • Strong senior sales stakeholder management experience. Excellent Supplier/Client management. Can work effectively across functions / good team player
  • Self-starter and multi-tasker
  • Capability to work autonomously and to adapt to a fast moving environment
  • Bias for analytical approach and tracking, strong sense of ownership
  • Strong ad-tech or digital media industry knowledge preferable
  • Fluent in Russian and English both spoken and written
