OBJECTIVES / PURPOSE OF JOB
Ensuring that customers' needs are met whilst maximizing the profits of a company:
- Developing marketing strategies
- Evaluation of customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan
- To oversees all marketing and promotional activities
KEY ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop brand/market strategy (3 years strategy and LRP)
- Develop 1 year marketing plan and 1 year financial plan
- Perform forecasting and budgeting: plan, update and monthly ADS
- Use monitoring data to feedback and propose strategic planning/tactics
- Manage Cross-brand marketing initiatives
- Allocate marketing resources to products and monitor it within plan
- Monitor strategies implementation
- Seek growth opportunities.Set future direction for new products and business opportunities
- Leverage global-local marketing cooperation to ensure benefits of global development implemented locally and to provide valuable feedback from local market to the Global Marketing team
- Work with functional teams to develop annual sales volume and profit forecast, pricing and expense
- Assure marketing actions comply with Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility
- Form informal networks with company senior management, updating them on a regular basis on developments within Marketing, and working with them on cross-functional projects.
- Develop ongoing liaison with key opinion leaders, healthcare organizations together with medical dept.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- University diploma (medicine/ biology/chemistry)
- MBA is preferable
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant marketing experience including accomplishments in ethical (science anchored) brand management, new market entry, new product launches activities, and project management
- Industry – Pharmaceutical (OTC)/FMCG related with healthcare
- Must possess the ability to motivate and positively influence individuals both inside and outside of the organization.
- Demonstrates presentation skills and positive argumentation.
