OBJECTIVES / PURPOSE OF JOB

Ensuring that customers' needs are met whilst maximizing the profits of a company:

  • Developing marketing strategies
  • Evaluation of customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan
  • To oversees all marketing and promotional activities

KEY ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop brand/market strategy (3 years strategy and LRP)
  • Develop 1 year marketing plan and 1 year financial plan
  • Perform forecasting and budgeting: plan, update and monthly ADS
  • Use monitoring data to feedback and propose strategic planning/tactics
  • Manage Cross-brand marketing initiatives
  • Allocate marketing resources to products and monitor it within plan
  • Monitor strategies implementation
  • Seek growth opportunities.Set future direction for new products and business opportunities
  • Leverage global-local marketing cooperation to ensure benefits of global development implemented locally and to provide valuable feedback from local market to the Global Marketing team
  • Work with functional teams to develop annual sales volume and profit forecast, pricing and expense
  • Assure marketing actions comply with Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility
  • Form informal networks with company senior management, updating them on a regular basis on developments within Marketing, and working with them on cross-functional projects.
  • Develop ongoing liaison with key opinion leaders, healthcare organizations together with medical dept.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • University diploma (medicine/ biology/chemistry)
  • MBA is preferable
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant marketing experience including accomplishments in ethical (science anchored) brand management, new market entry, new product launches activities, and project management
  • Industry – Pharmaceutical (OTC)/FMCG related with healthcare
  • Must possess the ability to motivate and positively influence individuals both inside and outside of the organization.
  • Demonstrates presentation skills and positive argumentation.
