Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist в EF Education First

Main Responsibilities

Business support and Control

Provide support to Functional Teams to ensure reasonable decisions are taken, data and result are correctly interpreted
Collect, validate and analyze big sets of data, drive conclusions and recommendations
Provide operational checks on forthcoming invoices and other operational data
Run regular checks on school operations
Calculate staff bonus, collect payments to contractors, propose bonus schemes changes when needed

Forecasting and Financial reporting

Coordinate budgets preparation, perform forecast updates and reconciliations
Revise financial models, search for continuous improvement of forecasting process
Participate in financial closings, help budget owners to understand their actuals
Ensure compliance of management reporting, contribute to data accuracy improvement

Demand planning

Support with inventory demand planning ensuring timely replenishment of materials
Drive inventory control improvement

Business Systems

Support positive change in CRM systems and BI reporting to improve data accuracy and transparency

Core skills and competences

Citizen of Russian Federation
Bachelor or above in Finance / Economics
6+ years of experience in Financial Analysis/Finance/Controlling
Sound understanding of accounting principles, knowledge of IFRS/GAAP
Strong analytical and quantitative skills required, ability to simplify complex data
Advanced experience with Excel modeling skills and complex spreadsheets
Knowledge of CRM systems, BI instruments is a plus
Fluent English (CEFR B2 and above)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to take ownership and drive change
Highly organized with the ability to work with large data sets
Proactive, dynamic, energetic self-starter with strong initiative and high attention to details
Adaptable to a fast paced and quickly changing environment
