SAP – Functional Consultant в Dr. Reddy's

Profile Expectations:

Ideal candidates to have:

Around 8-10 years of experience in SAP platform with 3-4 years Working experience with SAP implementation and support projects.
Good understanding of functions across the business especially Finance , Tax, Treasury, Reporting
Working knowledge of key business processes – Order to Cash, Procure to Pay
Good experience in SAP FI-FA module and exposure to SAP SD, SAP MM
Implementation and support experience in S4 HANA environment would be preferred
Good knowledge of Russian legislations and changes for configuration in SAP
Good knowledge of end to end SAP implementation methodology
Good understanding of Stakeholder Management and Organizational Change Mgt Process for IT Solution
Capability to lead Simplifications, ensuring adoption and realization of benefits
Ability to manage and coordinate with SAP Implementation partners and Corporate IT teams at India
Good Proficiency in English language to enable coordination with India teams and partners.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead all functional requirements from Finance function
Review all the documentation from partner URS , Technical specifications
Collaborate with business stakeholders for documentation sign-off
Drive testing of requirements and work with partner teams for bug fixes, closure
Ensure adherence to project timelines and schedules

Operating Network

Internal: Local Finance, IT Team, Corporate IT (SAP, Basis, Portal teams)

External: SAP Partners at Russia and India
