Consulting Solution Architect в Oracle

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translates business goals into appropriate solutions while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution for our customers
• Cultivates and demonstrates thorough Oracle technology implementation business process knowledge.
• Proactively identify process improvements including clear and focused solutions
• Develops proofs of concept to demonstrate proposed technical solutions as required
• Provides guidance in the definition of solution design practices and standards that link back to Oracle Modern Best Practices
• Will act as HR trusted advisor for our customers
• To develop compelling, profitable and realistic customer solutions
• To bring leadership to customer and Oracle interactions
• Develops and maintains working relationships with a diverse group of business, functional and technical teams
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to different stakeholders, demonstrate smart design techniques and mentor other team members.
• Work closely with client, sales, pre-sales and delivery staff to develop a robust architecture
• Develop strong relationships with the product lines and in co-operation with the Delivery
• Management teams, advise on competency requirements
• Take full accountability for the architectural solution of a pre-sales opportunity or project
• Form and maintain strong relationships with colleagues in product development
• Manage the re-use and knowledge management of their competency area
• Provide sales awareness to the sales and delivery community within Oracle Consulting
• Engage profitably with counterparts from other parts of the EMEA region

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10 years experience in the technology field with experience in Solution Architecture, Business Development.
• Technology-savvy technical expert with experience in Oracle Security products: Oracle
• Universal Directory, Oracle Data Vault, Oracle Key Vault, Oracle Firewall, TDE.
• Desirable knowledge of Oracle Change Management Pack in Oracle Enterprise Manager
• Experience designing, deploying and migrating Oracle products
• A deep passion for technology, a love of learning new things and helping customers succeed
• Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment that’s constantly evolving and changing
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer engagement skills throughout a customers’ journey
• A proven track record of success developing and deploying creative technical solutions to business problems for or within large enterprise organizations
• Desirable knowledge of SDLC and IT frameworks like ITIL, TOGAF, Agile, ELMO
• Experience in Applications Infrastructure (databases, application migrations, configurations)
• Particular interest in Cyber Security/InfoSec; An inspirational leader – strong advantage
• High performance team building & inspirational thought leadership.
• Able to work across product lines and internal business units to develop and present a comprehensive solution to our most complex customers’ business challenge
