Product Quality Senior Specialist в Kia Motors

• Claims data and quality problems analysis

• Countermeasures preparation and follow up

• Preparation and participation in field investigations

• Participation of product quality research jointly with producers

• Product quality control at manufacturing plants

• Vehicles quality inspection prior to pre-series and after mass production

• Complicated cases investigation (safety related)

• Work in close cooperation with Warranty team, Customers support team and Field force team

• Development of special programs and action plans for after sales processes optimization

• Dealers' technical support

• Previous experience in automotive business no less than 3 years (dealer or distributor)

• Technical knowledge and skills on high level in automotive / engineering areas

• Good knowledge of quality control processes

• Awareness of dealers’ service and warranty processes

• Special technical trainings / investigations certificates as a plus

• Initiative and proactive approach

• Excellent user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel – necessary)

• English (upper-intermediate level and higher)
