Key Accounts Development Manager в JTI

MAJOR REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree, Economics is a plus;
  • 3+ year experience in FMCG, 1+ year in Key Accounts;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken, written);
  • Advanced PC user (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Bright negotiator, able to build lasting partnership with customers;
  • Excellent interpersonal contact skills: good communicator, skilled presenter, confident and enthusiastic;
  • Good financial and analytical skills;
  • Project management knowledge and budget management experience;
  • Understanding of Key Accounts environment, experience and proven achievements in National or Regional Key Accounts’ negotiations, experience in building partnership with internal and external clients.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Drive the KA strategy implementation with assigned business partners (National Hypermarkets Chains: Lenta, Auchan, Okey, Metro), and coordinate KA activities in corresponding region North-West;
  2. Build partnership and lead negotiations with assigned KA clients, JTI distributors and other stakeholders in order to achieve mutually beneficial business solutions;
  3. Manage realization of contract terms with assigned customers:
  4. Plan, justify, ensure and control assigned KA budget usage;
  5. Category Management support: to provide timely required assortment, planogram and price management in accordance with Company’s strategy in Key Account
  6. Analyze the efficiency of marketing contracts, analyze retailer’s needs to develop programs based on learning
  7. Ensure timely and efficient internal communication to achieve and control KA’s KPIs.
