Junior Brand Manager в Mondelez


  • Constant analytical monitoring and systematic tracking of the competitive situation in the marketplace.
  • Assist in developing of marketing plans for the brand, promotion strategy, assure optimal media plan, develop and conduct consumer programs ensuring optimal media support to campaign, study competitive pricing and recommend action steps, recommend on revising brand portfolio to optimise assortment.
  • Execution of the agreed marketing plans in co-operation with outside agencies and internal departments, covering all aspects of product quality and packaging, price management, distribution, advertising and promotion
  • Packaging and promotion materials. Design development of POS materials with external agencies and Trade Marketing dept. to provide all necessary POSM in time and in right place.


  • Bachelor degree
  • 1-2 years Agency (Creative, Media) or FMCG experience (marketing department)
  • Consumer marketing, including brand management responsibility and consumer communication development experience is preferred
  • Project-ownership-oriented, strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to details
  • Leadership & ability to drive projects through an organization.
  • Sufficient software proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Calculation).
  • Fluent English language
