Обязанности

• The newly created Novartis Leadership Development Program was created to offer future Novartis Leaders to start their career in one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies impacting 799 million lives around the world.
• At Novartis we are reimagining medicine to address some of society’s most challenging healthcare issues. We discover and develop breakthrough treatments and find new ways to deliver them to as many people as possible.
• Working in a home country with international rotations over a 2 years journey, each rotation will last from 4-6 months giving associates the exposure to different Novartis businesses and functions and opportunity to led different project in different departments. There will two possible rotations flow: scientific and commercial.
