Such a hub will allow organizing wholesale trade, including less than container lots for trial purchases, throughout Russia.

Such a hub will allow businessmen from neighboring countries – close partners of the Primorsky Territory – to buy Indonesian goods and re-export from Russia without paying import and export duties.

Such a hub may also include subprojects:
– Permanent exhibition-sale of furniture, decor and art-objects
– Large warung makan for every day food
– Restaurant & business lounge for negotiations
– Retail store for Indonesian goods so that samples can be bought by interested traders
– Assembly production of garden furniture
– Production of professional spa-cosmetics from Indonesian ingredients
– Factory for sewing products from Indonesian fabrics by Indonesian workers
– manufacture of glass and mirror products from Indonesian raw-material.

Products made in the jurisdiction of the Free Port of Vladivostok for the Russian market are competitive due to the freedom from import duties on materials and equipment.

The contours of the project were created on the communication and organizational platform of "House of Indonesia".

The authors of the idea are Bagryantseva Olga and Heryono Hadi Prasetyo.

Project discussions in Jakarta were held at the site of the Ministry of Trade of Indonesia.

The project was recommended by the Trade Mission of Indonesia for discussion at the EEF-2018 and the 12th Intergovernmental Commission.

For Indonesia, the project is also interesting in the possibility of cargo-transit to Europe, as Japan already does. This can be 2 times faster then sending by sea to European ports, and more financially beneficial.

«Far Eastern Shipping Company» group, which owns Vladivostok Sea Port, is developing a transit route through Vladivostok to Europe. Vladivostok Sea Port can become a partner of the Tanjun Perak port in Surabaya
