This investment memorandum was designed to introduce project of Bali Exotic Marine Park to you as a potential investor.

Bali Exotic Marine Park will not only show marine mammals and exotic species of fish to clients from Indonesia and all over the world, but also will present ancient culture of Bali’s to its guests.

Oceanarium will be focused on scientific activity and planned as the center of scientific collaborations, the leading place for most prestigious conferences on marine biology, and other bio- technological fields.

Facilities of the Bali Exotic Marine Park will contain Dolphinarium, Oceanarium, Rescue & Rehabilitation center, Museum & Educational center, Theatre, International science center, Souvenirs and merchandise shops, VIP Lounge, Hotel, Restaurant for high-end dining and Casual café.

Diversification of revenue streams is on of many factors of financial success of the project. Bali Exotic Marine Park is created to be a new standard of oceanariums with all and every activity to be streamed into the internet.

The initial investments for the realization of the project were estimated to be $59,185 million USD, and you are invited to participate for up to 85% of this amount according to Profit-Sharing- Agreement or under other comfortable regimes of cooperation.

Due to unique coincidence of right time and right place, Bali Exotic Marine Park will provide first revenues in 3 years and should reach Net Present Value of more than $175 million within 7 years of operating activity and Profitability Index of 4,0.

The project is financially sound up to Internal Rate Return of 65% with payback period of less than 4 years (nominal) and less than 5 years (discounted) or within 2 and 3 years of operating activity.
