ML Engineer/MLOps (Poland, Croatia, Portugal)

We are hiring an ML/ML Ops Engineer to join our team, working on a cutting-edge cloud-based platform that streamlines workflows for professional services firms, including legal, accounting, consulting, investment banking, and private capital sectors. This platform integrates people, processes, and data, helping firms optimize operations and make data-driven decisions.

You will join a project team comprising 1 Software Developer, 1 QA Engineer, and 1 Data Scientist, with an opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing LLM-based AI chatbots designed to intelligently answer complex user queries.

📍 Locations: Croatia, Poland, Portugal
🕒 Overlap Time Requirements: Till 10 AM PST

💡 What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement ML solutions, focusing on NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build and optimize AI-driven features like intelligent chatbots and data retrieval systems.
• Deploy, scale, and fine-tune ML models in production environments.
• Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of developers, QA, and data scientists to meet client needs.

🎯 Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, neural networks).
• Hands-on experience with NLP and LLMs.
• Expertise in MLOps: deploying, scaling, and optimizing ML models in production.
• Experience building RAG systems using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing ML workflows.
• Experience with MLOps platforms like MLflow or Kubeflow.
