ML/ML Ops Engineer (Poland, Croatia, Portugal)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven ML/ML Ops Engineer to join our team. You will be working on a specialized cloud-based solution designed to streamline and enhance the workflows of professional services firms, particularly those in industries like legal, accounting, consulting, investment banking, and private capital. This platform is part of the client's broader suite of tools that focus on connecting people, processes, and data within firms, enabling better decision-making and improved operational efficiency.

You will work in a team of 2 Software Developers, 2 Product Managers and 3 ML/Data Scientists. The project involves developing LLM-based AI chatbots designed to intelligently answer questions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI agents using Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific tasks, ensuring they meet performance and accuracy requirements;
  • Integrating LLMs into existing systems or new applications, facilitating smooth interaction and data flow between components;
  • Optimizing and fine-tuning LLMs to improve efficiency, reduce resource consumption, and enhance the overall performance of AI agents;
  • Conducting research and experimentation on new methodologies and approaches to enhance the capabilities and functionalities of AI agents;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to align the development of AI agents with business goals and user needs.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in DS/ML or related field;
  • ML Ops experience with deployment experience;
  • Proficiency in Python programming with relevant libraries and frameworks;
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including training and fine-tuning;
  • Hands-on experience with the OpenAI API for integrating language models;
  • Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques;
  • Skills in prompt engineering for designing effective prompts.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Pytest for automated testing;
  • Proficiency in Bash scripting;
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services.

Working conditions:
Meetings until 7:00 PM CET 1-2 times a week.
