What we do

In our Tax Dispute Resolution Groupwe help our clients to mitigate the negative tax consequences that a company may face in various circumstances, and our specialists accomplish this by both developing detailed defense strategies and presenting them to the court and tax authorities in a tactically effective way.

Responsibilities:

·         Assistance to companies during tax audits and prior to litigation;

·         Representation of the company’s interests during the tax litigation process;

·         Advising the client company regarding cooperation with government authorities in respect of tax legislation application

·         Preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, contracts and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials

To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

·         Higher education (degree preferably in Law, Taxation or Economics)

·         At least 3-4 years of experience in tax litigation gained in reputable Russian or international companies

·         Excellent knowledge of tax legislation

·         Good understanding of tax litigation procedures

·         At least Intermediate command of English

·         Good organizational and teamwork skills

·         Strong analytical skills

·         Attention to details

·         Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask

·         Stress resistance

·         Good presentation skills
