Junior quant analyst / SberCIB

Looking for junior quant analyst, intern into Global Markets team, SberCIB

Role Responsibilities:

• Data mining using state-of-the-art methods;

• Do ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner to non-technical people;

• Research, develop and implement mathematical and machine learning models for Global Markets sales at the largest bank in Russia and Eastern Europe.

Required:

Must-have

• Strong mathematics is a prerequisite - calculus, linear algebra, probability theory;

• Clear understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms;

• Advanced numerical and analytical programming skills in Python, R;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-have

• Exposure to a front office sales & trading environment;

• Knowledge of C++, C#.
