How to Profit from Crypto Arbitrage:Complete Guide & Bonus 7-12% Strategy

👋 This manual features an inter-exchange arbitrage strategy using Litecoin, exclusively for VIP channel members.

# What is Cryptocurrency Arbitrage? A Simple Guide

Imagine going to two stores where the same chocolate bar is priced differently. You could buy it from the cheaper store and sell it at the more expensive one for a profit. That’s the basic idea behind cryptocurrency arbitrage.

In crypto, different exchanges (like Coinbase or Binance) often have slightly different prices for the same cryptocurrency. Arbitrage is profiting from these price differences.

---

## How Does Cryptocurrency Arbitrage Work?

Here’s how it works:
1. Buy Low: Purchase a cryptocurrency on an exchange where the price is lower.
2. Transfer: Move that crypto to another exchange where the price is higher.
3. Sell High: Sell it for a profit.

---

## Why Do Price Differences Happen?

Price differences come from:
- Supply and demand: Different exchanges have varying levels of buying and selling.
- Fees and trading pairs: Each exchange has its own fee structure.
- Speed: Prices move quickly, and not all exchanges update at the same time.

---

## An Example of Arbitrage

On Exchange A, Bitcoin is $66,500, but on Exchange B, it’s $67,600.
You could:
1. Buy 1 BTC on Exchange A for $67,600.
2. Transfer it to Exchange B.
3. Sell it for $66,500.
That’s a $1100 profit, minus fees!

---

## Key Considerations
1. Fees: Transfers and trades have costs.
2. Time: Prices can change during transfers.
3. Limits: Exchanges may limit trades or withdrawals.
4. Taxes: In the U.S., crypto profits are taxed.

---

## Conclusion
Cryptocurrency arbitrage is about acting quickly to profit from small price differences across exchanges. It can be a simple way to earn, but you need to plan carefully to avoid losing money.

7-12% Arbitrage Loop

✅Step 1: Buying Litecoin on the Exchange

For this strategy, I'll be using www.binance.com as the primary exchange.

Other suitable exchanges include Coinbase, Kraken, Gemini

So, if you don’t have USDT in your balance yet, you can top up the exchange via P2P, buy it directly with a card, or use any other available method such as bank transfer, crypto swap, or depositing from another wallet.
(The process is the same for other exchanges.)

✅ I purchased 138.2 LTC for 10,000 USDT.

✅Step 2: Selling LTC for USDT

Once you've topped up your exchange and have USDT in your balance, head over to Bitaury.com
(This platform is well-known, with numerous articles available, including on CoinMarketCap and Binance.)

Register on the Bitaury exchange and deposit the LTC you purchased on Binance.

Click on "Deposit"
Select the LTC coin and transfer it to the provided address from Binance.

Once the LTC has arrived , go to exchange tab and select the LTC/USDT pair. And sell them.

After selling the LTC, go to the wallets tab and click on "Withdraw." Select USDT, choose the appropriate network, and enter your USDT wallet address from Binance before withdrawing.

Click on "Withdraw" and wait for the deposit to reflect in your Binance wallet.

The funds have been deposited into our Binance wallet

✅Step 3: Calculate the Profit!

  • Purchase of 138.2 LTC for $10,000 on Binance.com
  • Sale of 138.097 LTC for $10,830.89 on Bitaury.com

💰 Profit from one cycle: $828.79

⏳ Time taken: approximately 15 minutes.

IMPORTANT! I recommend doing no more than 3 cycles per day to avoid raising any red flags with the exchanges regarding your funds.

✅ Focus on larger volumes and trade significant amounts to save time.
