Customer Experience/ Customer-Centricity Senior Consultant (part of Innovation Consulting)

INNOVATION CONSULTING TEAM

The main goal of the Team is to help our clients be innovative and bring the Innovation to the client. The Team works with cross-industry and cross-function topics including re-design of existing processes, strategy roadmap, launching new products or even launching new innovative digital businesses with main goal to create value for end-customers. To install creativity into the traditional non-creative fields the Team uses design thinking and creative intelligence approaches that help to empower business and entrepreneurial teams with new tools.

ROLE SUMMARY

Customer Experience/ Customer-Centricity Senior Consultant will need to be an expert in understanding the customer needs, motivations and behaviors in order to co-create new experiences, processes, products or services. Being a part of a multi-functional team the Consultant will help to develop innovative product and service concepts that will add real consumer value.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support consulting clients on innovation strategies and processes and help them develop and scale innovation into their daily business. Conduct and develop (applying design thinking techniques):

· quantitative research

· ethnographic research

· contextual design investigations

· research on personas, customer journeys, system maps, stories and scenarios

· trends’ analysis

You assist in innovation sprints and bring together whatever methods or eco-system players are relevant to them. You will then support the sprints as a co-facilitator.

You will be involved in innovation projects and will represent the innovation team at events (giving talks and facilitating roundtable discussions, etc.).

Above all, you will be a vital ambassador for cultural change, advocating new, innovative working styles both within Accenture and at our customers’ businesses.

Main requirements

You have several years of experience as a project consultant in at least 3 areas of :

· Design Thinking and Design Management,

· Service Design,

· Trendspotting,

· Design Research,

· New Product Development,

· Product/ service/ organizational Design

· User research,

· Possibly also graphic/interactive design.

You have a deep understanding in innovation methodologies (e.g. design thinking) and have already used it to develop individual business solutions. You are also familiar with other agile innovation methods and with sprint design.

You like tweaking designs and love facilitating group work for co-creation.

You are organized, creative and empathetic and are always eager to learn and try out new approaches.

Your interest in trends in digitization (new business models, product innovations, digital services, etc.) is obvious.

You deal with clients confidently, communicate well, and are comfortable interacting with highly experienced clients and co-workers. You also like speaking to groups and enjoy telling stories.

You like working in a highly agile & dynamic environment, taking ownership. willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams and ability to meet deadlines.

You speak and write English fluently.
