Day from Invictus Formula:
Yesterday, as the final step in overcoming addiction, I mentioned the state of busyness. The main reason why we turn to quick dopamine fixes is the lack of good alternatives or specific goals. Therefore, today, we'll create and optimize them, giving priority to the quality dopamine we discussed, starting with finding our mission:
A mission, or calling, is like a compass, guiding the direction of our lives. It helps us understand why we're here and what exactly we should do to contribute something valuable and meaningful to the world. At the core of our mission are our values, passions, and talents, guiding us in decision-making and choosing our path of development. Ultimately, a mission inspires us to act towards achieving our own life's purpose and brings satisfaction from our contribution to the world. I believe each of us comes into this world with a task, and our destiny is to find it and follow it, even if it takes many years before we arrive at it.
*To make it more clear, let's reiterate why a mission is necessary:
- Way to overcome internal resistance
- Means to uncover your true life.
Each of us has our own why and wherefore: survival – we get paid, status – we're good at it, freedom – we need it, calling – we love it. For our happiness, we must come and live based on the latter, something we love. We are teenagers we can enjoy the opportunity to do what we love as long as we don't have a job and a bunch of constraining obligations. But we have to do constructive things that can challenge us to be free.
Now, we'll use the concept of Ikigai to answer each of these points and find our mission: fill in each of the petals (survival, status, freedom, calling) of the Ikigai, and in the middle, between all these answers, will be your mission.
For example, for me, under survival would be school, under status - training and helping people. Under freedom - earning money/investing and creating entertaining content. Love (Mission) - going to the gym, creating content, and helping people become better. By putting all the elements together, I found my mission.

Once we've defined our mission, in the second part of this day we must create specific milestones that will bring us closer to achieving our mission, and make a physical achievement with Our today’s workout ⚔️
