Executive search recruiter (remote)

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and diligently manage a large volume of candidates (for different focus groups in TOP level roles)
• Work closely with Hiring Managers and other internal stakeholders in order to meet current and future hiring expectations
• Set up, review and update open positions in recruitment systems
• Keep updated candidates data base
• Design sourcing and recruitment strategy
• Market intelligence analysis (worldwide)

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter with TOP roles more than 3 years. Executive search experience is a great advantage
• Understanding of TOP level roles recruitment (trends, specifics, best practices)
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Being as a team member but also being able to work effectively autonomously
• Good sourcing skills (not only with ordinary job boards)
• English level С1 and higher
