Beyond the media and advertising business, Cointelegraph also operates a number of business lines including professional consulting, data subscription terminal, job board, industry event management, and marketplace; and we will incubate more new businesses as the industry evolves.
One of such business lines is Cointelegraph Creative Ad Studio that will develop and execute special advertising and sponsorship projects for our clients and generate other creative content for various streams of work.
Job Description
We are looking for leaders to join as the Head of Creative Ad Studio (Creative Director) at Cointelegraph. The Head of Studio will be leading Cointelegraph’s special advertising and sponsorship projects, create out-of-the-box marketing ideas and solutions for our clients, and will be the go-to person for creative ideas and content.
- Hire, build-up, manage and coach studio team
- Strategic management of advertising and sponsorship projects (development, pitching, execution)
- Generation of creative marketing ideas and solutions for new clients using Cointelegraph media assets
- Evaluate and formulate business, technical, and resource requirements for projects and partners
- Enable effective cross-team collaboration with other teams (editorial, business development, sales etc)
- Proactively seek for new clients and streams of work
- Engage with community groups, influencers, and artists
- Manage relations with industry partners and clients
- Manage development, creative work, marketing, and external communication (Discord, Twitter, blogs, etc.)
- 5 years+ team leadership experience in managing creative advertising and sponsorship projects;
- Deep understanding of digital advertising business processes, tools and metrics;
- Fluent English, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to effectively interact with multiple stakeholders in different time zones;
- Strong pro activeness in driving changes and work with ambiguity;
- Strong leadership qualities;
- Up-to-date knowledge on and/or experience in Blockchain/Crypto/Web3/NFT industry will be an advantage.
