inDrive is an international ride-hailing service headquartered in Mountain View, CA. inDrive app's downloads exceed 150M, we are operating in 700+ cities in 47 countries.
This role will focus on managing a product platform & its strategic development. Reporting directly to CEO of inDrive, you will play a pivotal role in inDrive's business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic management of the business vertical.
- Product planning & development, responsibility for product growth roadmap implementation.
- Leading marketing management, product market fit research & competitive analysis.
- Business development including expansion to new markets.
- Operational management of the division (up to 30 team members).
- Full responsibility for product P&L.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 10+ years experience in startup engagement, product & business development, marketing experience is an advantage.
- Personal venture experience (start up launch) is preferable.
- Proven experience or strong willingness to work in emerging markets.
- Ability to work with P&L, create assumptions and possible outcome scenarios.
- Exceptional analytical and & problem solving skills.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics & challenges and research skills.
- Ability to establish partnerships & strong negotiation skills.
- Language: English (business fluent).
- Experienced hands-on product leader with a successful track record in building products as a founder.
- Highly motivated, impact-focused individual with a strong desire to challenge injustice and create fairness.
- Adaptability and resilience in rapidly changing, often unpredictable emerging market environments.
