Advantages and disadvantages of one global language

First of all, we should understand what the one global language is. If we had one global language, then people wouldn’t have to learn other languages. Because all people would speak this language, where would be no problems with understanding people of different nationality.

If people had only one global language, there would be no need to learn other languages, so it would be very comfortable to travel to other countries or to communicate with people from all over the world. Because all people would understand each other, this would reduce the amount of misunderstandings between people from different countries. And the most suitable advantage of one global language is that this language would make people from all over the world more outgoing for other nationalities, because there would be no language barriers.

On the other hand, it would leave teachers that teach languages without any work, because there would be no need to learn other languages. Moreover, national traditions of some countries would disappear, because they are connected with language of this country. According to this, we can say, that some countries would lose their individual characters.

In conclusion, we can say, that there are two little disadvantages and one big advantage of idea of one global language. It would be right to say, that in future humanity will accept this idea as the way to make people more cohesive.
