Financial Controller

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Create and update various financial reports (including forecast reports) both on local level and for headquarter purposes;
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, including currency control;
Ensure the company’s compliance with Axis accounting (IFRS) and financial control policies and procedures;
Create and update various KPIs reports for business functions;
Analyze different financial data, draw conclusions about the results’ trends and performance drivers, submit proposals for improvement to the management;
Monitor the financial and accounting results of the company and maintain their accuracy and reliability;
Participate in accounting logics preparation for new company products;
Educate employees on Axis financial and accounting policies and processes;
Communicate with external auditors, provide the necessary information for the audit process and monitor audit progress;
Prepare budget and follow up reports;
Provide financial and operational information and reports for the regulatory authorities;
Miscellaneous local or corporate projects and duties as assigned

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We think that you have/are:

A university degree in finance, accounting or economics;
At least 3 years’ experience in finance or accounting;
Knowledge of key accounting principles and standards both Russian and IFRS;
Previous experience in international company.
1C experience is a plus.
Self-driven individual with ability to take initiative and drive his/her work forwards;
Strong individual with natural leadership skills;
Good communication skills;
Calm, balanced and analytical;
High stress tolerance;
Excellent command of English and Russian;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
