In this dynamic role, you will be key in sculpting our compliance framework and pioneering approach to the financial sector.
- Keep abreast of the swiftly changing regulatory milieu in the UK, with a keen focus on AML. Your insights are integral to shaping our compliance strategy and operations.
- Serve as the principal point of contact for Payrow’s UK operations, forging and nurturing vital links with both internal teams and external bodies.
- Oversee our engagement with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), utilising your expertise for a collaborative and compliant partnership.
- Offer strategic counsel to our global teams, particularly in KYC and transaction monitoring, upholding UK standards and fostering a worldwide compliance ethos.
- Collaborate closely with product development and compliance units to launch cutting-edge, compliant financial offerings under the UK licence.
- Lead the Financial Crime Investigations Team, assuring excellence in handling and reporting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
- A degree in Law, Accounting, or a related discipline, coupled with a thorough comprehension of FCA regulations.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a compliance capacity, particularly focusing on the FCA.
- A proven track record in stakeholder management and adeptness in articulating complex AML and sanctions issues.
