The cooking channel

I am subscribed for an interesting cooking channel on YouTube. Once I accidentally saw one of the video from the channel and I very liked show’s host. He is a very pleasant man and doesn’t cause any irritation like many other hosts of cooking shows. And in addition, his set of the dishes was very interesting. He cooked quite simple meals, on one hand, but in the same time, did it with different tips and tricks of restaurant’s chief. I already cooked many of his recipes. They are fried potatoes, fried noodles, baked cottage cheese cakes known as ‘syrnik’ in Russia, oat porridge with caramelized apples, goulash and many other things. His recipes are simple for cooking but very tasty for eat. The last recipe was about baked chicken. He just cut the chicken in eight pieces, covered them with salt, pepper mix, paprika, garlic powder, coriander, and added olive oil, lemon juice and soy sauce, left it to marinade for twenty minutes, and then covered them with wheat flour. He said it needed for saving of marinade taste. Flour doesn’t let marinade staying in bowl. Then he fried the pieces of the chicken on a pan for a few minutes on both sides, and put them to the oven for baking. When everything was ready, he took the chicken out of the oven and started eating it so tasty that I wanted immediately to run to shop for chicken and cook my own one.
