Loyalty button e-mail notification

If this function is enabled you will receive a notification to your e-mail when a feedback button is pressed a defined number of time.

To enable the notifications, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to “Create report” page
  2. Select your Loyalty Button device
  3. Select one of the report types for the Loyalty Buttons
  4. Press “Add e-mail notification”
  5. Press “Edit” button
  6. Configure the notification
  7. Press “Save and show”
