Fast food is a combination of various harmful substances that can cause severe damage to the body and even death. These foods are always harmful to the body. These foods contain high levels of fat, salt and carbonate. These harmful substances cause damage to the body in many ways. So these foods should be avoided as much as possible.

What are the harmful effects of junk food?

Fast food contains various unhealthy food ingredients which are extremely harmful for our body. These are discussed below-

Despite the use of artificially prepared sugars in many junk or fast foods, these ingredients are not usually presented as sugars or sugars. Commercially packaged foods especially chips and crackers are made of hydrogenated oil. So you have to give up these foods. It is especially important to refrain from giving these unhealthy foods to children.
