Ilon the Musk!

The number of completed missions by U.S. commercial space flight provider Space X has dropped recently after reaching a high of 21 in the year 2018. Fewer clients requested the company to launch big satellites, instead opting to pause their operations or switching to smaller satellites, more of which can be fitted on one mission.

No wonder that Space X has been branching out. The company is set for lift off of its first manned flight on May 27. The mission is the final test for Space X to gain the certification for operating not only cargo but also astronaut shuttles to the ISS.

In 2019, the company founded by Elon Musk only completed 13 missions, and that number is 7 in mid-March of 2020. The company also lists 35 upcoming missions on its website, although without dates.

On top of satellite launches and space station supply flights, Space X also serves as a contractor for USA government scientific and national security missions.
