As you understand, the main setting here is for geolocation. And every new person who gets to this location will receive a message from us or a chain of pre-prepared messages.


For the geo campaign, housing complexes and cottage settlements under construction were selected in the regions where the customer provides its services and a simple message of the following type was sent to them.

As you can see, we do not flood a potential client with unnecessary information until he asks. Instead, we transfer it to a call to the customer's company.

PR in chat rooms
Sooooooo cool thing both to increase awareness and for my favorite - native advertising in the form of a recommendation!
Still, you know that when you are approached by a sundress, closing such applications in a deal is like snapping your fingers.

In 5 days we received 19 interested customers. During this time, we spent a total of 8,500 rubles on 3 campaigns.
The cost of 1 lead was 448 ₽
The client said that 3 of them are already signing the contract. The average profit per 1 client is 400 - 500 thousands of rubles
